I'm Arvin, a third year medical student at UNSW though I'm a fifth year university student. I'm passionate about medical education, public health and helping others reach their full potential. Medicine had been my dream course for as long as I could remember, however I did not get an offer my first attempt. Although the rejections were painful, I knew I had to persevere if I wanted to actualise my dreams of becoming a doctor. I want to share my knowledge to help people like you avoid making the mistakes I did. Although dilligence and hard-work were significant to becoming a medical student, I wouldn't have been able to do it without the support of my friends, family and tutors. This is why I am offering UCAT and Medical Interview tutoring -- your network is one of the most valuable resources and most significant factors in getting into your dream course! I have 5 years' tutoring experience, both privately and with tutoring companies, working for Breakthrough Education (Glen Waverley, Melbourne) as well as volunteering for a grassroots & community-based organisation to provide education for refugees. UCAT tutoring is $50/hr and Medical Interview training is $60/hr. I teach either online or in-person at UNSW. I am originally from Melbourne and visit frequently, so if you're in the Glen Waverley area we can organise in-person sessions at Monash University.
