About
Hi! My name is Bailey and I am currently in my third year of the Doctor of Medicine at the University of Western Australia (UWA). I have recently completed my undergraduate degree of a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences with High Distinction, with a direct pathway to the MD.
I graduated from the International School of Western Australia (ISWA) under the Advanced Placement (AP) Curriculum in 2019 with Academic honours and the AP Scholar with Distinction Award. I received 25 AP points for an ATAR conversion of 99.95. My top subjects were AP chemistry, AP Biology, AP Calculus (AB stream) and AP US History.
Over the past several years, I have had the pleasure of assisting students at all levels of achievement and ages, including students with learning disabilities. This experience has allowed me to develop a tutoring method which allows my students to have an average increase in marks of 15-20% over a 12 month period throughout my range of offered subjects.
I understand High School can be an incredibly stressful period due to the cruciality of ATAR results for university entrance and course selection. I would be honoured to help you through this process.
I offer in person and online tutoring for maths, chemistry and biology as well as boutique university strategy and planning services. I believe in teaching via a dynamic problem solving approach opposed to low-yield lecturing.
