Hi! My name is Alice and I graduated from Loreto Normanhurst in 2022 as a HSC All-Rounder with an ATAR of 99.30. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Science/Doctor of Medicine at the University of Newcastle, as part of the Joint Medical Program. During my HSC, I obtained the following results: 📚 Biology - 93/100 (Band 6) 📚 Economics - 95/100 (Band 6) 📚 English Advanced - 93/100 (Band 6) 📚 Mathematics Advanced - 95/100 (Band 6) 📚 Studies of Religion II - 97/100 (Band 6) I am offering tutoring in the following preliminary and HSC level subjects: 📒Biology 📒Economics 📒English Advanced 📒Mathematics Advanced 📒Studies of Religion I and II. I am also offering tutoring in the following subjects for years 7-10: 📒Commerce 📒English 📒Mathematics 📒Science Additionally, I can offer guidance for the Medicine selection process including UCAT and general interview training. As a tutor, I aim to help each student achieve their personal best in their chosen subject. I do this by initially walking students through content for each syllabus point in detail so they understand each concept. I then follow this up through supplying a variety of practice questions including multiple choice, short answer and essay questions to help students apply their knowledge. Supplementary to this, I provide my students with a bank of practice papers, practice questions and study notes to consolidate their learning between lessons and am available all week to mark any practice responses and answer any questions for all of my students.
