About

About me: I am a 25yo university graduate beginning a career with the APS. I am enthusiastic to pass along some of what I have learned throughout my studies, to provide academic improvement and edification to clients, and also to serve as a role model for young clients. Lesson style: For Humanities, a didactic approach initially, wherein events, concepts, and individuals are presented and then afterwards discussed. The content structure of the lessons will be tailored to the client's needs, e.g. supplementary if the lessons are being taken in conjunction with a school course or broad if taken as an introduction to the topic. In the case of the latter, clients should provide an overview of the supplemented subject's curriculum/list of topics. I will provide copies of the relevant source material for clients to read and interact with in between lessons. The homework for lessons will be a short-to-moderate sized weekly reading with comprehension questions. Italian lessons will be interactive, with regular verbal back-and-forth throughout the lesson, ensuring that each new rule or word is practiced before moving onto the next. The homework for Beginner Italian will be weekly exercises focused on repetition and then individual sentence formulation. Length: Min. 1 hour - Max. 3 hours. Frequency: Min. 1 per week - Max. 3 per week. Time: 18:00-22:00 (Mon-Fri); 08:00-12:00 (Sat-Sun).
