Graduated from Presbyterian Ladies College, where I studied on a scholarship, I attained a 7 in HL Economics, SL Maths (Analysis and Approaches), SL Japanese, and HL Chemistry in the International Bachelorette (IB). Currently, I am completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne.
My goal as a tutor is to help students feel confident for their final exams by ensuring they know the content extremely well and know how to approach challenging questions. As both IB and VCE can be very long, enduring two years, which is often compared with running a marathon, I also hope to bring in motivation, and constant advice, so that assessments (IAs and exams) are less of a burden. For students currently in years 7-10, I aim to help them establish a strong foundation of knowledge in their subjects and prepare them for years 11 and 12.
Currently, I am available for lessons on Mondays and during after-school hours on Thursdays. During the weekend, I am more flexible with lesson times. I am happy to tutor online through Zoom or in person at locations near Burwood or at Melbourne Central, such as the library.
