Hi! I’m Sabir and I’m offering high-quality 1-on-1 online tutoring for high-achieving VCE students that want to do well in Maths Methods and Chemistry.
Summer lessons have already started, but its not too late to get a spot! At this stage I am only looking for students who are willing to put in the work and are aiming to get top marks.
Who am I?
- I am entering my 3rd year of Med School (School Leaver Entry)
- I have accumulated over **1200+ hours** of experience
- **99.15 ATAR** at a Select Entry School with **40+ study scores** across the board
- Valid working with childrens check
About my students:
- Every single student I have taught has seen remarkable improvements to their grades, with some seeing as much as +40-50% improvements to their overall marks.
- Students I have taught that never thought of getting a 40, end up with **40+ even 45+ study scores**
- Successful students usually practise and ask the most questions during the week which is reflected in consistently **high SAC scores (>90%)**
About the lessons:
Summer-only Sessions
- Summer-only Sessions are as the name suggests…during Summer-only! If you aren’t doing much over the break and are looking to get ahead of the content with extra help, then these lessons are perfect.
- The goal of these lessons is to get you ahead or up-to-speed with the skills you have already, prepared to take on the 1st semester.
- Lessons are only available from December to the last week of January.
- Priced at $60/hour with a super-flexible schedule.
Regular Weekly Sessions
- From my experience hard-work and discipline beats talent 10 times out of 10. With my structured lessons and guidance that combines the experience of myself and all the student’s I’ve had in the past, I will give you a template that enables you to simply work hard and see results. No-more head scratching over “how to learn” or “how to study”, as I will present you with a formula that works for you. As long as you have the ambition and diligence, I will guide you the rest of the way.
- Lessons are all 1-on-1 and online (I am willing to do group at a discounted rate if you are able to bring a friend)
- Priced at $60/hour
- Slots are fairly flexible, but punctuality is expected.
- I am available for 24/7 support during the week over text for most questions you have.
- Notes are provided at the end of every lesson too. I also provide certain resources free of charge for longer-term students.
Maths Methods
- Maths Methods is a difficult, but not impossible subject. Where my lessons shine is providing you the quickest and most practical strategies for each topic and question type.
- I provide super detailed guidance on how to make your bound references.
- I also teach basic and advanced CAS techniques during lessons
Chemistry
- Chemistry is very confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. When taught the fundamentals, Chemistry becomes a subject where you don’t need to rely on memory, and what's more, the subject usually becomes people’s favourite.
- Within the class notes I provide sketches and diagrams that assist with the visual component to learning, making certain topics easier than before
- I teach niche techniques and ways of understanding topics that especially help when answering SAC or exam-style questions.
