HOW I CAN HELP YOU AS YOUR FRENCH TUTOR: I understand the challenges of learning a foreign language but also know how to help make it feel less overwhelming. I provide my students with the time, care, resources and support needed to feel more capable and confident reading, writing, listening and speaking French. I also have a particular passion for grammar and explaining the tricky concepts that often hold students back. I provide a safe and comfortable environment where you have the chance to practice and learn without fear of judgement. Sessions are tailored to each of my student’s individual needs. HOW I CAN HELP YOU AS YOUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE TUTOR: I have a particular love for English Language, as it started my own passion for Linguistics, and I am well practiced at teaching the concepts and technicalities that often trip students up. I provide lots of feedback to help you develop confidence in both the technical and written aspects of English Language. I encourage a growth mind-set and create a non-judgemental environment where students understand the value of making mistakes as part of the learning experience. Sessions are tailored to each of my student’s individual needs. HOW I CAN HELP YOU AS YOUR PRODUCT DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY TUTOR: I completed Product Design and Technology with a focus on textiles in 2018, achieving a raw 50 study score and being awarded a Premier's VCE award. One of my real strengths was developing my folio, which was short-listed for Top Designs in 2019. I help students develop confidence in the skills required to present a high standard folio presentation and final product, and succeed in both SACS and the final exam. Sessions provide students with a space to discuss and explore their ideas, progress and presentation.
