Jeffery tutored my son in Yr 10 English in 2025. Whilst my son’s English marks were good - in one year with weekly lessons with Jeffery my son’s marks went from good to great. The improvement in my son’s English marks contributed to him achieving Yr 10 Dux. My son is a student for whom STEM subjects come more easily (than English). Jeffery identified and worked on improving what was required to improve my son’s creative writing, essay writing, and discursive writing.

English was one of my weakest subjects at the start of year 11, but through tutoring with Jeffery I was able to get a band 6 in the HSC. He gave super detailed feedback on all my drafts and explained what markers were actually looking for in each module which made everything feel a lot more manageable.
