I completed the HSC in 2022 with a 99.95 ATAR and the following subject marks: Chinese Extension: 50/50 (1st in NSW; studied through the NSW School of Languages) Chinese Continuers: 97/100 (=3rd in NSW) English Advanced: 98/100 (6th in NSW) Economics: 96/100 (1st at Ascham) Maths Extension 1 and 2: E4 (3rd at Ascham for Extension 1) I'm an experienced tutor as I began giving private tutoring lessons when I was in year 9. I'm offering tutoring for HSC students (English Advanced, Chinese Continuers and Extension, and Economics) and for younger students (happy to help with many different subjects like English, Chinese, History, Geography, Commerce or Art). I'm a very flexible tutor and am guided by individual student's needs, whether that is needing help doing essay plans, understanding concepts, or marking past papers. As a recent high school graduate, I have a thorough understanding of the syllabus and what HSC markers like. Throughout high school, I maintained a very high academic standard (being awarded a Scholars prize for high standard in year's work and topping multiple subjects every year from year 7 - 12), all while participating in many co-curriculars like debating, sports, and choir. In year 12, I was also elected as school captain, so I had to balance my time and develop effective study techniques. This means I not only help with course content, but can also pass on valuable tips for time management and study skills. I'm currently studying Finance / Law and a Diploma of Languages (Chinese) at ANU as Tuckwell Scholar. As I am in Canberra with no vehicle, I offer online classes only. I'm happy to discuss discounts for group classes or pre-HSC students
