I am currently studying a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Honours and Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of New South Wales. I am a private tutor who offers both in person and online tutoring (via Microsoft Teams) for HSC and Preliminary Maths Standard, Maths Advanced, Maths Extension 1, Maths Extension 2, Chemistry and Physics. These lessons will be one-on-one or with small groups of 2-4 students at a lower price per person. The lesson structure can change depending on students needs and what they need the most assistance in. I prepare for all my lessons by designing a lesson plan of what we will be going through and in what order per class. Throughout a couple of months of tutoring that I had with Denton, he has been an extremely patient and professional tutor in providing me with more than enough support to consolidate my understanding of HSC Chemistry. His guidance has not only helped me understand the content of Chemistry but also made a content-heavy subject enjoyable and easy to learn at a perfect pace. Moreover, Denton unconditionally took his personal time out of classes to ensure I understood assignments whilst providing encouragement to strive for my best. Denton was able to spot whenever I had trouble with concepts and would readily spend extra time to review them. I walked out of each lesson with both new insight into content, skills and built upon preexisting knowledge. From almost failing the course to receiving marks over 80, I can speak with confidence that Denton has been an indispensable asset to furthering my performance in Chemistry and HSC as a whole.
