Hi there,
I am a fully qualified teacher, currently teaching at a PSA school. I have a Commerce degree double majoring in Economics and Finance, then attained a scholarship for my Masters of Teaching and Learning from the University of Otago (Dunedin New Zealand).
I have taught for 2 years in New Zealand, teaching Economics, Mathematics and Business studies, and now I teach HASS specialising in Economics. I have resources for all middle school HASS and I am now comfortable teaching the middle school subjects. I tutored high school Economics during my masters degree to students with English as their second language, and they attained a high degree of success for their exams.
I am willing and able to tutor middle school senior essential Mathematics, as I am also Maths trained during my Masters degree.
As I am a fully qualified teacher my main pedagogy (teaching style) is friendly and patient, I use a mixture of explanations, examples and stories during my tutoring to engage all levels of learners. Also, I have extension material for students looking to excel within Economics.
