Fortunately, I recognise these flaws and have a tailored, interactive approach where the instructor actively involves the student, uses dynamic teaching methods, and provides immediate feedback can dramatically alter the online learning experience. All my students, even the Y7-8s, are able to stay focused online simply because of my engaging teaching methodology. We help them catchup to the pace by answering their questions, providing support material and guiding them on what they need to do to catch up. This culminates into mastery of a topic, which we then rinse and repeat until they are prepared for their exams.
