Yr 11&12 Math Tutoring | Unique classroom format focused on content delivery | 98.3 ATAR My name is Rohan and I completed my HSC in 2017 at Hurlstone Agricultural High School with an ATAR of 98.3 achieving 98 in Ext 1 Maths and 95 in Ext 2 Maths. I work full-time as an actuary and have completed a double degree in Actuary & Commerce at UNSW. I am an experienced private tutor with a focus on delivering content and theory in session and have students apply theory through practice questions for homework. This forces students to be independent and competent on their own so they can succeed in their exams. It's a proven method that worked for me and all my previous students. I teach 1-1 or small classes of 2-6 students from the same school in a ‘classroom’ style which means I teach concepts and go through ALL types of questions which students then practice in class and for homework under my guidance. This provides the benefit of being taught topics that aligns with your school and tailored to your learning needs unlike larger tutoring centers. I also mentor students across all subjects to help achieve their best ATAR which involves helping students plan WHEN and HOW to study across ALL subjects so they are well prepared for exam periods.
