As an enthusiastic, caring and motivated tutor, I am truly focussed on ensuring that students can simultaneously enjoy learning while improving their academic results. As a fourth-year medical student at the University of New South Wales from regional New South Wales, I understand the ups and downs that come with learning and I strive to fully support students in achieving their academic goals. Since graduating in 2021, I also have been volunteering for the Regional Education Support Network and tutoring privately for five years. As a tutor, my aim is to adapt key structures to each student's learning style, helping you to achieve specific goals in a creative manner. Specifically with English, I have unique, highly effective plans to reduce the ambiguity of this notorious subject and increase understanding and skill. We create a collaborative environment, where each student feels they can communicate openly, in order to work collectively and in hopes of being a comprehensive resource for all things secondary education. Over the last two years, my students have achieved high Band 5s and mostly Band 6s with an average increase in marks of 35%.
