Year 7-10 Humanities
For one of my jobs, I write Year 7-10 History, Economics and Business, and Civics and Citizenships exams, so I am very well-versed in the ACARA curriculum and tutoring Year 7-10 Humanities subjects.
Teaching style and goals
My teaching style varies based on the student’s needs and what they wish to get out of a session. This could include improving source analysis, critical analysis and writing skills, or time management and organisational skills. Aside from the academic focus, I always strive for my students to gain a deeper appreciation for the subject I tutor them in, and that the skills they learn are transferrable to university and/or career settings.
