My name is Rohan and I graduated from Normanhurst Boys High School in 2021. I currently study Actuarial Studies and Commerce at UNSW. I have 4+ years of experience in high school tutoring having taught over 200+ students through multiple companies and private tutoring. I have access to hundreds of resources including past papers, lesson material, homework sets and personally made notes for distribution. You cannot safely move on to the next layer without building a strong foundation. As such, I cater my teaching style towards your full understanding of the content even even if it is beyond syllabus. I water down complex ideas and slowly build on concepts using various analogies, acronyms and examples. I was a below average student for most my subjects and failed to find comfort in at least one. After deciding to pick up my game and put in honest work, I was able to dramatically change my outlook. I was able to rank top 2 in mathematics for four years straight, top 5 in my science exams, 2nd in Prelim. Chemistry, 2nd in Prelim. Economics and other honourable results. Like so, I believe all students have that academic tipping point waiting to happen and high school offers you that opportunity to figure out what study habits and techniques work best for you. As such, I would like to relay the tips and tricks I acquired from my time in high school to help you unlock your true potential. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ⏰️RATES + LESSON ORGANISATION⏰️ 1-on-1 Classes: $70/hr Group Classes (2+ students): $60/hr I offer both in-person tutoring and online tutoring. I am able to teach within 25 minutes of travel from Epping. My current tutoring locations are Carlingford, Pennant Hills, Thornleigh and Hornsby. I offer 1 - 3 hour classes depending on year, student and parent preferences. I also offer lessons for school holidays upon student/parent recommendation.
