About

Hi, my name is Reshi and I am currently a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) student from the University of Queensland. I graduated high school in 2019 as the Dux of College with an OP 2 (98.5 ATAR). I am in the Queensland Honour Roll for achieving the highest grades in all my subjects. My top subjects are Biology (VHA10), Visual Art (VHA10), and English (VHA9). Languages: English (Full Professional Proficiency), Tamil (Native Proficiency). I believe that each student has the potential to be successful in academics through the right support network. I hope to provide my students with a safe space to ask many questions and be brave enough to admit that they need help! I value persistence in my students and take pride in uncovering the proper study techniques to help them succeed. I have tutored multiple students in the new QCE system over the last few years and have become very familiar with understanding how to navigate it. Reshinthine is an amazing tutor. She approaches each lesson with a plan to make sure it's effective and leaves with the assurance that her student genuinely understands concepts. Her friendly and caring nature makes the experience all the better. I really appreciate how she always asks throughout the lesson if the student has any questions or if they understand. The level of support she provides is extraordinary and so genuine, whether it be providing supplemental information, homework questions or just asking to see how an exam went. I cannot recommend Reshinthine enough!

Reshinthine is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated individual. The degree I study at university contains no biology, but I am happy to say that I have a learnt a lot about biological systems from hanging out with Reshinthine. She is truly passionate about her studies and can communicate complex concepts in an engaging and simple manner, such that even people without much prior knowledge or those who struggle to grasp certain concepts, can easily understand it. She is also a very eloquent person, and the person I would trust for suggestions on how to improve my writing, when I have to write reports and even emails, I always seek advice from Reshinthine. I have no doubt that she is an amazing and supportive tutor, who can help you truly understand concepts and can equip you with a multitude of skills to improve your studies!
