Hi everyone! My name is Chloe and I'm currently a third year studying Arts/Law at the University of New South Wales. I'm offering HSC tutoring services for the following subjects:
Year 12
- Business Studies,
- Legal Studies.
- English Advanced (essay + assessment help),
- English Extension 1 (essay + assessment help),
- Modern History (essay + assessment help),
I graduated high school in 2021 with an all-rounders achievement, having achieved Band 6s in these subjects. I have experience in tutoring Year 12 Advanced English, Extension English, Modern History, Legal Studies and Business Studies. My students have all increased their ranks and marks to being either ranked first in their cohort or at least top 3.
I have 3+ years of tutoring experience, and my students have all achieved stellar marks, improving their internal marks with much improvement. My lessons will be structured and catered flexibly to your individual needs :)
For English, I can generally provide thorough assistance regarding essay drafting, essay writing and analysis. Although, I will be able to aid much more significantly in the following topics, as I have studied them and know the content well:
- Common Module: 1984
- Module A: King Richard III and Looking for Richard
- Module B - TS Eliot
For Modern, I will only be able to tutor in:
- Power and Authority in the Modern World
- Russia and the Soviet Union
- Conflict in Europe
- Apartheid in South Africa
Note that for modern, this will only be assistance with essay drafting, essay techniques and drafting answers in preparation for exams.

Chloe’s easy to talk to and has a lot of experience with writing, stress and the whole HSC process. She has a good understanding of the subjects she undertook, and is especially good at essays either for Modern History, English or Legal studies.
Her analysis and feedback to work is also really good and constructive, as long as you’re willing to listen. She’s really hardworking and will definitely put in the time.

For the past year, I have been tutored by Chloe in both Advanced English and Modern History. She has patiently improved my understanding of the HSC English Modules and historical concepts. This has helped develop my ability to write essays and creative works. Her insightful and encouraging feedback has allowed my performance and ranks in those subjects to greatly improve. In particular, my rank changed from 9th to 1st place in Modern History, with assessments scoring above 90 percent. I used to hate English but finally being able to understand things has made it more tolerable.
