4+ YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE || BAND 6 IN BUSINESS STUDIES || E4 IN ENGLISH EXTENSION 1 || EDUCATION AT GIRRAWEEN HIGH SCHOOL Hello! I'm currently studying a Maths and Commerce degree at UNSW and completed HSC English Advanced, English Extension 1 (92) and Business Studies (91) in 2021 and Mathematics Extension 1 and 2 and Economics in 2022. Furthermore, I have over 4 years of professional experience in High School tutoring. This experience has helped me develop the skills needed to help students improve their weaknesses and grow their strengths confidently. I will do my best to help my students achieve their academic goals by providing an abundance of resources, explaining theory, pinpointing and addressing weaknesses and helping to improve the numerous skills needed to excel in that subject. I will encourage submissions of essays and short answers which will help grow these skills through consistent feedback! My lesson plans will be developed around the student's needs, focusing on maximising marks in upcoming assessments and learning the most relevant content. I also plan to assist students outside of the subject focus by giving advice to help students develop more efficient study skills and study habits that will assist them beyond high school!
