𝟵𝟵.𝟵𝟱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 - 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝗨/𝟯𝗨/𝟰𝗨 𝗛𝗦𝗖 Hey Everyone! I'm Jason and a current 2nd year medical student at UNSW with a passion in teaching, having supported over 50 students in their HSC journey. Currently, I primarily tutor in small groups with 2-hour weekly classes. 1 to 1 tuition is also available but with very limited availabilities. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 My approach to math is founded on a strong foundational understanding of the theories and derivations surrounding questions and formulas - rather than rote learning and memorising equations. To support this, lessons are always very question-driven without sacrificing thoroughness of theory. This philosophy is founded upon the process of solving difficult questions rather the answer, where I endeavour to allow individuals to understand the steps and thought processes leading up to tackling questions, allowing students to replicate these strategies for related but different questions. In addition, I place a strong focus is placed on exam technique as this is where marks are gained or lost. A special insight into different question-answering techniques and checking techniques is provided in order to eliminate silly errors and tackle difficult problems.
