ZOOM AVAILABLE MATHS/FRENCH TUTOR - Hi! I completed the IB diploma in 2021 with a 99.45 ATAR (43 IB score) at Carey Baptist Grammar School. I was awarded a 7 (highest IB score) in SL Chemistry, SL Biology, HL English, HL History, and SL French, and a 6 in HL Maths. I received the Prize for IB Maths and History as well as a prize for leadership, scholarship, and co-curricular achievements. I am friendly, encouraging, a good communicator, and am very familiar with the subjects I tutor in. I believe that it is important to foster a sense of support and engagement when helping students achieve their academic goals. Since finishing year 12 I have started a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, studying Politics, Economics and History. I have tutored multiple students in 2022 and 2023 for Maths, Chemistry, History and English and feel that I can improve both a student's marks and their confidence in a subject while prioritising their well-being. In 2023, I spent 6 months studying in French in Lyon, France. From this experience, I feel I can help students improve their French from both an academic and cultural perspective.
