My name is Russell and I am a private tutor with 3+ years experience tutoring students from Year 7 - Year 12. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine and am actively tutoring students studying for both the HSC and Senior High Schools. My students receive individualised, tailored programs that look to directly improve the areas in which they are looking to improve in. The 3+ years of experience allows me to provide extensive resources and knowledge that include State-rank notes and essays, along with new syllabus papers. These essays and notes are incredibly important as a resource as it allows a student to learn tips and strategies that are beneficial in the HSC or senior years of High School ✅ Access to New Syllabus Papers (e.g Maths Ad, Ext2 Maths, Chemistry, Biology) NESA have reworked many of the syllabuses of various subjects. These new syllabuses do not have a surplus of practice papers readily available. I provide new syllabus papers that allow students to test their knowledge and identify gaps in their knowledge. Taking practice papers are the best way to study and in the absence of papers, students often struggle in the exam. As such, I believe it is vital students have access to a surplus of papers in which I am able to provide. ✅ Feedback for Essays/Assessments I am happy to give feedback for assessments and essays with quick turnaround time as I believe in efficiency and quality. As a tutor, I have given feedback and support for students regarding their essays and assessments, with each one of them achieving above their previous marks. This is due to the extensive feedback and resources I provide that will be accessible to students. ✅ Tailored Lessons Each student is different and it is essential that they receive tutoring that allows them to learn the best they can. With 3+ years experience in tutoring, I am able to tailor my tutoring style and methods to fit the student and their learning needs. Whether it be in Year 12 or Year 7s struggling stay attentive during lessons, I provide feedback at the end of every lesson to ensure parents/guardians/students have a report as to what is covered.
