About

My name is Ying. I am a leading teacher and an Edrolo textbook author. I completed a Bachelor of Commerce, with Honours in Economics at the University of Melbourne, prior to completing a Masters of Teaching (Secondary). I have taught Mathematics and Business Management for 8 years, and co-authored the VCE General Maths textbooks for Edrolo. Prior to teaching, I worked in Business Banking for 5 years. I build strong relationships with my students and specialise in teaching Mathematics in an accessible manner. I particularly enjoy working with students who are not confident in, or do not enjoy Maths. I am located in Surrey Hills (3127) and offer in-person tutoring in Surrey Hills and the surrounding suburbs of Mont Albert, Balwyn, Box Hill, Blackburn and Doncaster. Rates are $100 per hour.
