My name is Tania and I am a university student currently studying a double degree of Law and Advanced Science (Honours) (Major in Neuroscience) at the University of New South Wales. Combining the disciplines of law and advanced science has allowed me to be extensively involved in both humanities and sciences in my university studies - thus, I offer tutoring in English, History, Science and Mathematics subjects. Having recently graduated in 2021, I have utilised my knowledge and skills (reflected in my academic achievements) to provide specialised tutoring to students, allowing them to excel and build strong foundations in their academic studies. I have high quality resources/notes/materials which I use to ensure students have a thorough understanding of key concepts as well as collections of past paper questions for effective consolidation. I have extensive teaching experience working not only as a private tutor but also as an Elevate Education Connect presenter where I deliver specialised HSC workshops in schools for subjects including English Advanced, Maths Advanced and Chemistry. In doing this I am very familiar with the HSC syllabuses and the ways for students to excel in their HSC preparation and performance. Furthermore, my teaching experience extends to piano teaching and swim teaching. I am also an active facilitator and judge in UN Youth where students enter competitions to build upon their diplomacy, teamwork, debating, public speaking, problem solving, critical/analytical thinking and leadership skills. Having received a 97th percentile ranking in the LAT for UNSW (Law Admissions Test), I also provide tips/preparation sessions for students looking to sit the LAT. I offer (online only): - $100/hr tutoring sessions for individual students - $60/hr for group sessions (at least 2 students) so try get a friend to come along ! Tania is a great chemistry tutor. Her explanations of concepts and ideas were easy to understand and were also detailed. There were topics that I couldn't understand when explained at school but when she explained it I was able to understand it. Would highly recommend Tania.

Tania's approach to tutoring is an effective balance between patience and discipline.
