Hi! I'm Mahika and I am currently a 3rd-year dental student, studying a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide. In 2021, I graduated from Girraween High School, an academically selective high school with an ATAR of 95.35. During my senior years in high school, I studied English Advanced, Mathematics Advanced, Mathematics Ext 1, Chemistry, Biology, Economics and Business Studies. My marks in some of my best subjects included: - Mathematics Advanced: 94/100 (Internal Rank: 9/82) - Economics: 92/100 (Internal Rank: 4/34) - Business Studies: 90/100 (Internal Rank: 8/35) As a tutor with over 3 years of tutoring experience, I aim to not only provide my students with the theoretical knowledge that they will require in their schooling but to also ensure my students gain an in-depth understanding of concepts. To achieve this, I will help by breaking up topics that may be difficult to understand into smaller portions so that my students can gain a more thorough understanding of the concepts. This will further ensure they are well-prepared and able to tackle all types of questions that they may face in exams. I also aim to provide my students with extra resources such as textbooks, past papers and exam-style questions to ensure they are well-equipped with resources that will help them succeed in their schooling. I am currently only offering online tutoring (via Zoom) with hourly rates starting from $40 (may vary depending on the grade and subject).
