My name is George and I graduated in 2020 with an ATAR of 94.25. I am passionate about helping others succeed and can do so by not only teaching content but also the skills to study effectively. I value helping my students see the importance of skills learnt at school such as discipline, commitment and organisation with life beyond school. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing Management at Macquarie University. Having graduated recently, I am familiar with current course content and have experienced first-hand an array of different teaching methods and study techniques that are effective for academic success. However, I not only offer academic advice but also mentoring alongside, particularly for senior students as the increased workload can be stressful and difficult to manage. While I completed Year 12, I was managing the increased commitments of extra-curricular sport and school captain responsibilities so I myself experienced the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle amidst secondary school studies.
