Hello, I’m Erin! I am a university student, High School Tutor, and Early Autism Educator with over 5 years of full-time tutoring experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and am currently completing a Master of Professional Psychology at the ANU.
I am a friendly and outgoing person, and have a genuine love for helping students find their rhythm at school, because we all know it's not always fun...
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with more than 50 students across a wide range of abilities, learning styles, and levels of motivation. I’ve supported students aiming for Band 6 results, as well as those needing structured, patient guidance to rebuild confidence and skills. Many of my students have achieved fantastic academic results alongside significant personal growth.
I also have extensive experience supporting students with ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and other learning or emotional barriers. My psychology background allows me to take a structured and highly individualised approach to assist all students. I prioritise creating a space where students feel understood and safe to ask questions.
My approach is student-centred - I meet you where you are. I tailor lessons to individual strengths, goals, and learning style, while focusing on building strong study habits, exam skills, and long-term independence. Most importantly, I believe that a strong tutor-student relationship is key to meaningful academic progress.

I offer online tutoring for these HSC subjects, as well as Years 7-10 English, Maths, Religion, Visual Arts, and other subjects upon request. I also provide targeted support for exam skills and study techniques in preparation for prelims, trials, and the HSC.
In addition, I tutor primary students and am familiar with both the NSW and ACT syllabuses. I have an extensive bank of high-quality resources, including Band 6 notes, essay scaffolds, practice papers, and structured feedback.

I did tutoring classes with Miss Erin for the 2024 HSC's. The sessions were one hour long and we focused on english. And to be frankly honest, these sessions were one of the best tutoring sessions that I have ever experienced. It wasn't the typical approach where you write something and the tutor simply checks if it matches exactly with the rubric. No. it's more like, lets have a read together and share our thoughts about it and if I was a bit off she would question me to the point I eventually come up with the answer myself.
This method of teaching is not only fun and engaging but it allowed me to fully reflect and turly understand the material so that I can come up with the answers myself. Her teaching significantly changed the way I see English, from just another subject to something I genuinely understand and appreciate and I would recommend Miss Erin to any student at any stage of their HSC journey because she is simply that good.

Our son started working with Erin in early 2025 focusing on Year 10 Maths, and the difference has been fantastic. Not only did his grades improve, but more importantly his confidence in his maths ability grew significantly. Erin has a clear and supportive teaching style that really resonates with him.
Erin has also been incredibly helpful with preparation for other assessments, which has reduced his stress and helped him feel more organised. She is always responsive and professional in planning sessions times and dates.

Erin has been a great tutor and has helped me improve a lot in Maths and English. Throughout the many lessons i’ve had with Erin, she has consistently put me as a student forward by the continuous effort to help assist me grow and develop my skills in year 11.
