The structure for interview preparation is broken down into three stages: 1. Learning what the interviews are actually about The first few lessons will familiarise the student with the interview process and what it entails. Medicine and dental interviews can be pretty daunting. So, first, understanding what each interview entails and what students are expected to do to be offered a position in these competitive courses creates a strong foundational understanding for students to be able to tackle interview questions. 2. University-Specific Information Not every university is the same. Each university conducts interviews and selects applicants differently, so knowing and understanding how each operates is essential. Throughout these lessons, students will be given access to commonly asked questions. You will learn about the interview structure of these universities and what they expect from applicants to significantly boost their chances of entering the highly competitive medical/dental course. 3. Tailored Mocks Putting all the skills learnt into use, this is where students can practise facing university-specific interview questions under time-pressure conditions. By understanding the student's life experiences prior, detailed and personalised feedback will be provided after the mock-up is finished. Additionally, as someone who received multiple offers across Australia to study Medicine and dentistry, I provide helpful tips and tricks to help students maintain confidence in front of interviewers. I focus on verbal and nonverbal communication and how to present oneself on camera and in person. 🟡Chemistry Lesson Details🟡 I have over three years of experience in private tutoring and class teaching HSC Chemistry, including students from both selective and non-selective schools.
