My name is Yoshi and I provide lessons to specifically develop your WRITING in areas that the High School curriculum may overlook, such as in CREATIVE WRITING. Through individualised FEEDBACK I can help you find your personal voice and holistically expand your understanding of your academic abilities. I will also give extensive advice for MAJOR WORKS and/or class work in English (all levels up to and including Extension 2), Visual Arts and Design and Technology. I am also offering lessons for PUBLIC SPEAKING or SRC/SCHOOL CAPTAIN SPEECHES including speech writing and improving delivery style, confidence and communication skills. I am currently a Dalyell Scholar (98+ ATAR equivalent) studying a Bachelor of Arts and Advanced Studies with majors in Visual Arts and English (Creative Writing). I graduated High School in 2021 and my relevant final year 12 HSC marks are as follows: Visual Arts: Band 6 English Advanced: Band 6 English Extension 1: E4 English Extension 2: E3 Design and Technology: Band 6 I have ranked first consecutively in Visual Arts since Year 7 and have consistently ranked 1st or 2nd in both English and Design and Technology throughout my high school career. With the support of my peers, I achieved SCHOOL CAPTAINCY in year 12 after several years in the Student Representative Council and have also completed Peer Support Tutoring. I am passionate about all things creative and endeavour to help you refine your interests, maximise your potential to your specific needs, and aid you in producing pieces of work that you will be proud of. You will graduate with an increased proficiency in that subject or skill and a deeper understanding of what you have studied.
