Completed Honours in Philosophy at ANU 2026 | GPA 6,593 99.80 ATAR | equal 8th in state HSC Latin Continuers 2021 | 1st in SGS HSC English x2 2021 Hi! I'm Finnian, I'm available for high-school or university tutoring in Sydney. I have five years' worth of experience with high school tutoring, and have taught students at HSC level all the way down to year 7. Most commonly I have tutored Latin, French and English. As I've just completed my honours degree in philosophy at the Australian National University, I would also be open to university-level tutoring in Philosophy or English. In the last five years I have taught students of many different backgrounds and levels, so I am happy to tailor lessons to developing the skills each individual student needs most, and helping them play to their strengths. I can provide feedback on essays, explain concepts from class in more detail, and help with exams through devising study schedules, doing practice papers and more. As I attended Sydney Grammar School I can provide special help to students of that school, knowing its assessment structure. But I have also helped students from other schools in Sydney with exams, and am happy to work with the student to devise a strategy for excelling in whatever task is required.
