About

In my specialist subjects I have a lot of great experience, academically and practically. In economics and business I was dux of my school in Economics extension. I studied Economics and Finance at University to Masters level and did my MBA at INSEAD, consistently ranked as one of the top business schools in the world. I have worked as a business consultant advising many of Australia's biggest companies. English is also a real passion. I come from a very literary family (my brother is an author). I studied English extension for the HSC, and later completed my BA and Masters degree in English literature. As a former lawyer, with an LLB & LLM I also coach Legal Studies. I am now semi-retired and enjoy passing on my knowledge to young students. I was in the first group trained to teach school Ethics in NSW. I also tutor university, MBA and Executive MBA students. My own children have recently completed high school, so I also honed my tutoring skills with them! I provide patient, thorough and engaging teaching, pitched at the right level to meet each student's needs and ambitions.
