Hey! I'm Isabel and I am enthusiastic about helping others with their learning endeavours. Currently, I am a year 12 student at The Mac.Robertson Girls' High School. In 2023 I completed Units 3&4 Mathematical Methods and Biology and in 2024 I am undertaking Units 3&4 Specialist Mathematics, Chemistry, Extended Investigation and English Language. Over all my years of schooling I have maintained results of an extremely high academic level across the wide range of subjects I have completed. Some of my achievements in the last three years are: • Leadership Scholarship Recipient from Schmidt Futures and the Rhodes Trust in 2023 • STEM Scholarship Recipient in 2022 • Award winner for the Big Science Competition (Australian Science Innovations) in 2021 • Finalist in the Berthe Mouchette French Poetry Competition (Alliance Française) in 2021 • Whitlam Institute national creative writing competition certificate recipient in 2021 • Distinction in the Australian Mathematics Competition in 2022, 2021 and 2019 • School 'Academic Excellence' award recipient in 2020 With over 400 hours of tutoring experience, I seamlessly cater to students of all ages, drawing from my diverse roles including being a junior ambassador, student representative council member and social service initiative leader both within Australia and overseas. Whether it's one-on-one or a small group setting, I adapt my teaching style to meet individual needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and comfortable learning environment. As well as being entirely devoted to elevating your education during our classes, I am available for you to contact with any questions outside of class time to truly maximise your learning. In 2024, after 50+ hours of mentoring experience, I am also offering personalised mentoring to help students delve into their passions, refine study skills, and navigate pathways toward their goals.
