Hi! I’m Lara and I offer tutoring for the below subjects:
- Italian (Years 7-12)
- English (Years 10-12)
Tutoring is available in person (depending on location) and online via Zoom.
All students receive access to my personal notes, essay grading at no additional cost and tailored lesson plans. Students can contact me 24/7 via email or mobile with questions about their work.
I am results driven and aim to propel each student to improve their overall grades through thoroughness and consistency.
For Italian sessions, I prioritise speaking in Italian with my students and facilitating mock exam style conversations.
RESULTS:
I graduated in 2020 with an ATAR of 99.70 and raw scores in the following subjects:
Italian: 50 (Premier’s Award)
English: 49
Literature: 48
Ancient History: 42
Mathematical Methods: 41
Chemistry: 40
I was Proxime Accessit of my high school, and Dux of Italian, Literature and Ancient History. I achieved 100% in the Italian oral exam.
STUDIES:
I study a double degree of Law/Arts at Monash University. My Arts major is Italian and my minor is Literary Studies.
EXPERIENCE:
I have five years of experience as a tutor through various tutoring companies (including Lisa’s Study Guides) and also independently. I have also been involved in academic content creation for these companies (Lisa’s Study Guides and ATAR Notes).
