Doctor of Dental Medicine USYD l English, Business and Maths Tutor I am a first year USYD dental student, graduating with a Distinction in Clinical Science at Macquarie University and graduated from Meriden in 2020. With a variety of education resources including past papers (school exams, HSC and trial), sample essays and reports as well as extensive notes; I can help students identify weaknesses and build on their strengths. I currently offer online tutoring over Zoom and like to teach content ahead of the school schedule to ensure concepts taught are thoroughly understood. I also provide homework focusing on new topics as well as those already learnt as I believe in the importance of revision. For English lessons, I primarily use Google Docs where I help students refine short answer responses, essays, creative writings, reflections and assignments. This allows me to make comments on how to improve structure, language use and cohesiveness in responses. For Maths lessons, I teach using my iPad as well to teach mathematical concepts and to demonstrate how to work out questions. Through this, I provide advice on how to interpret questions, highlight key information to look for and how to approach solving questions. For Business, I believe in the importance of being prepared and teach how to write high quality essays, business reports and short answer questions. Having achieved 19/20 to 20/20 in my assessments I will help refine responses to perfection.
