你好！ I recently completed the Master's Program of Teaching (Middle and Secondary), specialising in Business Chinese and EALD teaching. I have obtained one-on-one tutoring experience teaching English native speakers of various ages and levels for more than two years. As a Chinese community school teacher, I enjoy teaching Year 2 students Chinese writing and reading skills in the classroom. In my placement, my effort in one-on-one mentoring with struggling students has a flow-on effect on their academic results. I understand that effective educators see students not as "another face in the crowd" but as individual and unique people with varying differences, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
