As a recently retired senior maths teacher, having taught for 35 years, I have extensive knowledge and experience in Mathematics education. I have taught 7 - 10 maths, Mathematical Methods Unit 1-4, Specialist Maths Units 1-4, General Maths Units 1-4, taught enrichment classes and worked closely with students in small groups. I am passionate about improving students confidence and self -belief in their mathematical ability. My teaching approach is based on teaching for understanding - development of key fundamental skills, correct problem areas and filing in knowledge gaps. $90 per hour session
