Hi there! I graduated from Melville Senior High School in 2020 with an ATAR of 99.65 and achieved scaled scores >90 for Physics and Chemistry with the following exam marks:
• Physics: 97.8% in mocks, 94.46% in WACE exam
• Chemistry: 92% in mocks, 92.95% in WACE exam

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at Curtin, and have received the $15,000 Curtin Excellence Scholarship.

Mentoring and tutoring my peers had been something I did extensively throughout middle and high school, and as such I have developed a deep understanding of the subjects I did, as well as an adaptability to a wide range of learning styles.

My teaching style involves:
• Emphasis on conceptual understanding by introducing content in an approachable and easy to comprehend manner
• Early and continual exposure to exam-style questions of scaling difficulty
• Refining answers to maximise marks, by analysing past WACE papers to identify question types, key wording and typical mark allocation
• Exam management; focusing on how to maximise efficiency in tests/exams through proactive time management and strategies

For all my students I make use of OneNote. This allows you to easily ask me any questions and upload problems throughout the week, enabling me to prepare in advance and minimise downtime to make the most out of each session. I can also share resources (including my notes, collated past exams and question banks) through OneNote for you to access whenever you need them.

I hold a valid Working With Children Check card (WWC).
