I am a Neuroscience honours student, pursuing medicine in 2027. I am strongly passionate about biology and chemistry and love teaching it to others. I offer both in-person and online tutoring. I have received several high distinctions in my biology courses at university, and a distinction in Higher Chemistry at university. I have several students and having finished high school only 5 years ago, I know exactly how difficult the last few years of high school can be. I aim to provide practice questions to each session, and ultimately go over any doubts or concerns each student may have. I can help as a tutor, as I am a student even now, and understand that sometimes asking for help is the best thing you can do to maximise your marks in high school! My approach: Biology and Chemistry are subjects which are learnt differently. For chemistry, I will: - Bring my personal compiled list of HSC questions to each session - Provide you with further BAND 6 questions to help you accelerate and tackle each type of question given in the HSC - I will also assist in that you receive the highest marks possible for any depth studies, having received 100% on both year 11 and year 12 depth studies given. - Ensure that you don't fall behind and give you my own quizzes if requested. For biology, I will: - Ensure you understand the complex mechanisms involved such as the Immune system, DNA replication, transcription and translation. - Increase your confidence in the subject by breaking down step by step each long response, to maximise every chance to receive full marks in the long response questions.
