I am offering private tutoring for senior students (chemistry, biology, mathematics, English). With experience in learning the new HSC syllabus, I am well equipped to help students reach their full potential. I offer a teaching approach tailored to each student to address the course content using learning methods suited to each individual, to target their weaknesses and to maintain their strengths. Through lessons, I can help students to achieve a deeper understanding of concepts, providing a one-on-one focus which schools and group lessons cannot offer. I plan my lessons around the NESA syllabus/ school course outline and offer in-depth resources and hand-picked questions from past papers to challenge students and gauge their learning. Homework is provided each week along with harder questions tailored to address problem areas. During exams, I offer extra revision as well as more challenging questions picked from past papers to prepare students as much as possible. I can also answer any questions over text to ensure students feel confident going into exams. Extra lessons can also be requested. I have prior experience in teaching students in high school and have helped them to improve their understanding of concepts significantly, which has also been reflected in assessment results. I can help students to develop a solid foundation of skills/ knowledge essential to the course and set them up for a smoother transition into the next year/term.
