About

Medical Student ✅ Double Degree Bachelor of Arts (English Major) and Bachelor of Medical Science ✅ Almost 10 Years Tutoring Experience ✅ Online only ✅ Hi I'm Willow! I'm 25 and am an energetic, optimistic and friendly tutor who has almost 10 years of tutoring experience. I am an ANU Bachelor of Medical Science and Arts (Major in English and Minor in Visual Arts Practice) Double Degree graduate. Now I am currently in my 4th year of medical school at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome, Italy as an international student and am excited to share all my academic skills and knowledge. I assure you that despite being currently situated in Rome, I am the best communicator, always replying quickly and being available to tutor any day of the week from 4pm onwards each evening Melbourne time! Timezones have never been an issue for my students. I have loved tutoring students ever since finishing VCE in 2017. With my broad range of interests and extensive academic experience, I am excited to help students with almost any area of study and love nothing more than tutoring in my spare time. I am able to provide online tutoring for students in almost any subject from Year 1 to university level and have worked for ANU as a part of their tutoring programs and even completed volunteer tutoring with the CMY and Edmund Rice Community and Refugee Services. Despite tutoring being online, I can make sure everything is set up so tutoring sessions are fun and engaging even remotely. I achieved a GPA of 6.7 at ANU and finished VCE with a 91.10 ATAR, achieving study scores of 40+ in Biology, Literature, Philosophy, Japanese and Studio Arts. I also completed a University of Melbourne extension subject in Year 12 co-currently with her other VCE studies. During my time studying in Canberra, I expanded my tutoring to not only support VCE students, but also help any students going through IB and HSC to achieve their greatest potential. My areas of expertise include (VCE/IB/HSC qualified): Science (Medicine, Biology, Health and Human Development, and Psychology) English (EAL, General, Literature and Language) In particular, she excels at helping students find their own high-achieving essay writing style Humanities (History and more) Philosophy Visual Arts Art History Study methods and strategies Mentoring for medicine study pathways, moving state for university and studying abroad in Europe And more! I have a flexible, personalised teaching style so that I am able to suit any individual needs. I am also able to help provide excellent study methods and boost motivation to make my students feel eager to learn more. Send me a message and I'll reply ASAP. I am confident I can help you thrive in your studies and extend your knowledge. I look forward to speaking with you soon! ☺️ ** I also have a current Working with Children Check **

Willow is so very lovely and sweet as a tutor! she is considerate and flexible so she was able to accommodate for different timings throughout the week, she is also very prompt in responding to emails making the communication process very smooth. She takes time and is detail oriented in class making sure we set and achieve our goals each tut. Willow is incredibly supportive and encouraging, creating a safe space allowing for discussion and reflection during class. Her extensive knowledge of essay and creative writing combined with her teaching allowed me to develop detailed analytical skills that I was able to apply in my writing. As a student at a very competitive school thanks to Willow I was able to better structure my writing and create insightful arguments within my essays, creatives and rationals earning me high grades. If you are looking for an English tutor I definitely recommend Willow!!

Willow was my year 12 English tutor and was amazing! She is very kind and made me feel so comfortable expressing my own thoughts and opinions on the texts and gave lots of detailed and encouraging feedback. Willow helped me build my confidence in essay writing and added depth and sophistication to my text analysis. Willow has great advice and tips that helped me score higher marks in my English SACs and feel confident and prepared for the end of year exam. I left every session learning something new whether it be a new language technique or time management strategies. Willow is a wonderful and thoughtful person and an incredible English tutor! I highly recommend Willow Crocé to you.

Willow is a very thoughtful and experienced teacher who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material. Her classes are very engaging and interesting. Initially, my son was taking classes from her. Noticing the progress and confidence building up in him, decided to enroll my daughter under willows's guidance. Willow is super patient and has manner of delivery which I have found to be very re-assuring but also challenging when required. Thank willow, your expertise in teaching has put our minds at ease.
