Hey guys!! I’m Joyce and I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce/Laws at USYD. I graduated from Sydney Girls High School in 2019 with an ATAR of 98.7. I have 5+ years of experience tutoring, including 4+ years at a well-performing high-level tutoring centre teaching classes of 20+ students.
Having gone through the whole process myself, I understand the stress of high school and the importance of results in senior years. Being in the first cohort to undertake the new science syllabi, I’m well equipped with resources (my own notes, past papers, question banks, depth study help) to help my students take on this new change. I have extensive tutoring experience (private and tutoring centres) and know what it takes to help my students reach their goals.
I understand every individual has a unique learning style, which is why every lesson will be different! My lessons will be catered for each student and will incorporate the explanation of difficult concepts and content. I’m also able to provide tips and tricks for each subject (common mistakes, bad habits), as well as mentoring for general study skills (study plans, time management etc) and the UNSW Law Admissions Test.
