About

Hey, I am a 2019 graduate from Christ Church Grammar School and am now studying a double degree of Law and Commerce. I have previous tutoring experience with private students as well as being hired by the Christ Church Grammar School boarding house as a general tutor. During my final two years of high school, I studied hard and strived in Maths Applications, English, Accounting and Finance, and Economics all of which were in my final top four subjects. I know that different students have different learning styles and ways that they most efficiently absorb and learn information. With this in mind, I endeavor to find the different types of methods that my students learn best which I will utilise in our lessons to ensure that they benefit the most. I also have a wide range of resources for accounting and economics ensuring that you enter tests and exams as prepared as you can be having been exposed to a wide range of questions and sources. I also have lots of strategies for English in improving a student's skills each of which can be tailored to the student's strengths and weaknesses ensuring they're ready for their assessments and exams for all 3 sections. I have a strong passion for the subjects that I tutor and hopefully, this enthusiasm can rub off onto you when you are studying for them! The lessons will be specifically tailored to your needs, targeting your areas of weakness. Furthermore, we will also go over revision & exam techniques, learning how to manage your time more effectively whilst ensuring you are making the most of all your time and are absorbing information at maximum capacity. My goals for the lessons would be to hopefully increase your grades, reducing and maintaining low levels of stress, boosting your confidence during tests and exams and most importantly maintaining a healthy well-balanced life. I strongly encourage you to give me feedback, so please speak up if something is not working out for you or if you are still confused about something. I want this to be a learning experience for me as well, learning how to be a better-suited tutor for you. I encourage honesty and constructive feedback and wish for our lessons to be an enjoyable one for both of us! Tutoring sessions can take place at Reid Library in UWA, Curtin Library, or at the student's house. I do charge a call-out fee depending on the location.
