Reviews

Ben is a fantastic tutor. I had weekly tutoring with Ben to help with Software Development 3/4. He helped me prepare for my end of year exam and when I had problems with my Sacs. Ben had an excellent knowledge of the subject and knew exactly what was needed to help me prepare. Would definitely recommend for this subject and any other subject he tutors.

He was always willing to help and actually wanted to go above and beyond what you requested. You could tell he had a real passion for tutoring and helping people so it was always reassuring to know you had someone who cared as much as you did for your subject.

Ben has a way of tutoring that makes you really want to learn. The kind of passion that shines through when teaching the content. We started past papers and identifying what will be in the 3/4 end of year examination almost immediately. Ben knew and could quickly answer any question I had for him off the top of his head. Even if he couldnt, it took him only a few seconds to flip to the exact page with the answer. Really good at explaining the content aswell. In the end, I could pin point exact definitions and topics amongst the overwhelming amount there was that would be relevant in the exam to study effectively. Definitely recommend.

Ben was very helpful with tutoring me in methods and software development. He is very good at going through notes on how to do methods topics and went through them in detail as well as being very helpful in learning how to go about answering questions and what to look for in them. For software development, Ben was great with teaching me the theory I was not covering during class, and helped me to both catch up with my knowledge by writing down key points about topics and drawing diagrams and he really helped with knowing how to answer questions and write pseudocode. Also Ben in his tutoring was easy to understand and had very clear communication.

Ben tutored me for VCE chemistry. I found every lesson not only useful and engaging but enjoyable. Ben’s ability to teach topics from a past student’s perspective made the understanding of topics so much easier.

I enjoyed my lessons with Ben, he was able to break down complex structures and explain them to me in a way that I could understand. He was always knowledgeable in the field he was tutoring me in and had a solid understanding of the study design for my class.

I found Ben to have a positive attitude that made feel at ease during our sessions, he was also very knowledgeable and understanding, taking the the time to help me to specifically focus on my weaknesses in the subject. This allowed me to achieve high results in Software Development.
