I am an experienced HSIE teacher who successfully prepares students for excellence in the HSC. My students often achieve results that are above the state average. Professional Background I have over 7 years of full-time teaching experience. I was trained and qualified at Australian Catholic University and I am currently registered as a proficient teacher with the NSW Education Standards Authority. Teaching Philosophy I am an extremely passionate educator who loves nothing more than seeing students progress and achieve! Working one on one with students in a private tutor capacity is most rewarding. I truly get to know the student as a learner and share every success! I am located near Parramatta , I offer tutoring at my home or via the online platform ‘Skype’ . I can also travel to your home or local library, there may be a small additional fee depending on the distance. I provide students with the skills to study, revise and manage their time efficiently. I teach techniques to assist students in properly structuring their responses for each question, as per the curriculum guidelines. I am also an experienced HSC marker, who fully understands what is needed in the context and body of a response, in order to obtain better marks. Although I am HSIE trained, I also tutor students in any subjects years 7-10 I have tutored primary school students in the past if required.
