I am an enthusiastic and compassionate educator with expertise in supporting people with alternative learning needs (including low-literacy, ADHD, and ASD). I worked as a private tutor for 4 years while I was at university, and have since been employed as a secondary science teacher for almost 10 years. I have worked at several schools, including Armadale SHS, Shenton College, and Cannington Community College. Within my teaching career I have gained experience in teaching students from a range of academic and cultural backgrounds. I pride myself in being able to identify the individual needs of students, and tailoring my teaching style to support their learning journey. As an experienced teacher, I have extensive knowledge of the Australian curriculum, a full suite of physical and digital resources, as well as training in being able to plan compressive and engaging lessons.
