About

I am a Mathematics teacher at an elite independent school. I have 13 years of high school teaching experience and have taught students of a range of abilities in year 7-12. I tutor all levels of year 7-10 and in year 11 and 12 I tutor Standard 2 Mathematics and Advanced Mathematics (NSW Syllabus). Being a current teacher means I have extensive knowledge of Mathematics assessments and the curriculum; I have experience working with students of all levels of ability, I have worked with parents to support their child's learning, and I have access to a variety of resources not publicly available. My approach to tutoring is to encourage students to be resourceful and independent learners with a growth mindset. My lessons consist of assisting with any questions from Maths at school and consolidating past and current concepts. I am currently tutoring ONLINE ONLY.
