| 6 Yrs Experience | Chem & Physics Tutor | 99.75 ATAR | 96 Chem Hi! I'm Cameron and I have tutored for the past 6 years as a private tutor with prior experience as a tutor at Dr Du. I have personally mentored 1-on-1 over 20 students through the HSC and this has given me invaluable insights into understanding and teaching Chemistry and PHysics. My past students have achieved band 6 and going on to study courses including medicine and engineering at university. My lessons focus on mastering the fundamentals and then answering questions and writing good responses. I use my own teaching notes which are also great revision material for exams. I can help guide you through the theory and questions while mastering the syllabus, translating into improved results. I also have homework and quizzes which are succinct and help my students understand the content better. A little bit about myself: I graduated from Sydney Boys in 2017 achieving HSC All Rounders and have completed a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree at University of Sydney and now in my 4th and last year in Doctor of Dental Medicine. I had undertaken undergraduate units in Chemistry that gives me a deeper understanding of these subjects. More information about my online tutoring: I have found online tutoring to work really well for students who have a drive to improve. It is convenient and just as effective. Online tutoring with be done using Zoom with teaching notes sent to students that will need to be printed out. I prefer my students to write in their own notes as I go through material as it is proven the most effective way to learn and remember content .
