About me Hi I'm Jack, I graduated from The King's School in 2018, and I'm currently in my final year of medicine at Monash Uni (direct entry) and I'm also studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in maths at Indiana University. I'm currently offering tutoring for all high school maths subjects. Maths has always been my passion and I really enjoy leading others to that eureka moment where a complex concept becomes trivial. I'm currently doing zoom only. How I teach People often approach math by memorising many different style of questions and have a preset technique for all of these situations. This can work up to a certain level. However at a certain point, you will always hit a brick wall using this approach. My goal is to help you develop a deep and nuanced understanding of all the concepts. I will be explaining ideas from first principles and leading you to derive the formula/idea yourself without spoonfeeding you. This ultimately is to improve your problem solving skills which is the true underlying differentiating factor from getting 70/80s and comfortably getting 90s every exam. Every lesson will be optimised to your strength and weaknesses and teaching time-efficient study techniques. I'm here to help you not just do well, but truly excel in mathematics.
