Hello, I'm Solina! An experienced tutor and a final year Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging) student. Achieved a 97.00 ATAR and was also awarded Dux for Accounting in high school. I completed the SACE Stage 2 subjects of Accounting, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Research Project B.
When I was in high school, I was tutored and know the significance it had on my academic performance and mindset. It put my mind at ease knowing that there was someone I could turn to outside of school who would walk me through things I struggled to understand or needed more clarification. Hence why I aim to help current high school students with their studies, in hopes that they can feel the same.
I am offering to tutor for Stage 1 and 2 Accounting. Lessons occur weekly and I structure them to suit every specific student, by addressing any immediate questions/concerns regarding the topic from what is taught at school. Therefore, lessons may have a different structure every time, as it depends on what the student needs help with completing (eg. a test or assignment).
