My name is Massimo Kirk, and I am a 26 year old finance professional. I completed my high schooling at Hale School in Wembley Downs, achieving an ATAR of 98.15 across five subjects – Chemistry, Economics, Japanese, Literature and Mathematics Methods.
After high school, I moved to Sydney to work for one the world's largest international banks as part of their graduate program to start, and then their sustainable finance team. Having spent four years in Sydney working across a number of transactions, I have moved back to Perth to work for a boutique investment bank. I am looking to complete my MBA in the US in the coming 2-3 years, ideally in New York City.
Upon my return, I realised I wanted to continue my high school tutoring journey and assist those in need of further guidance in their latter schooling years. I am sympathetic to the pressures of high school and hope to give back through tutoring. Prior to my move east, I tutored for five years across a range of schools, including (but not limited to):

I am available for both face-to-face and virtual tutoring sessions. The merit of face-to-face sessions is proven, but I am cognisant that in a busy world, virtual may also suit some families better. As a result, I’m open to a range of options.
The year groups and corresponding subjects I can tutor in:
- Years 7 through 9 across a range of subjects, focussing on quality of written word and study habits in different disciplines
- Year 10: Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Japanese
- Year 11 & 12: Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics Methods, Literature
Away from work, I’m an avid sportsperson and perpetually being active. Football, cricket, golf, going to the gym, running – you name it, I probably do it. Quality time with friends and family obviously doesn’t go astray either.
